Destructive Weld and Wet-out Validation

BG Automation and Compliance provides offline weld and adhesive wet-out validation services using customer-supplied samples. Parts are destructively evaluated through sectioning, cut-and-etch, and visual inspection to verify weld quality, nugget formation, and adhesive coverage. The resulting validation report documents actual process outcomes and provides objective evidence to support process qualification, troubleshooting, and customer or internal requirements. Prices listed are estimates only, most jobs are run T&M but fixed bid is available upon request. Normal weld destruct rate is 0.5 hour per weld at current published rate for non-microscoped report and 1 hour per weld for microscoped and annotated report.
